Location: the hotel was near more or less, handy cafe across the road and away from the hustle and bustle of surfers paradise and shopping Marina and all the theme parks. I tried some drinks at bar Southport Yacht Club, located 10 minutes walk away.

I had an absolutely brilliant and beautiful room with full laundry & well stocked kitchen and across the broadwater, for example and everything was wonderful. Location: the hotel was adjacent to walking distance from restaurants, the best coast in the world and the ocean and restaurant.

We had a minor issue with the air conditioning not working, but the staff quickly resolved it and upgraded us to a larger apartment for the same price. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen with its dishwasher and waste master. The location was fantastic, with easy access to shops, theme parks, and the beach. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at De Ville Apartments.

The view is fantastic. And the rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is close to a beach and the Sea World.

The De Ville was our first choice based on the available view, location and value for money. Our room had an amazing view and was spotlessly clean! We were so pleased the two bedrooms were very large and nicely appointed. The staff was friendly and very professional; they attended to our every want and need. The apartments had free underground parking and was easily accessible to dining and shopping by foot. Staying by the beach and having access to laundry facilities was so convenient - what a treat. The grounds of the apartment complex were immaculate and very upscale....needless to say, when visiting the Gold Coast and Main Beach, we will be staying at the De Ville. Many thanks!

Quiet place to stay while in Gold Coast. Big bedroom. Excellent view to the beach. Thanks to the lovely staff everything was wonderful, including variety ofdelicious food. Convenient check-in, late check-out. Café bar and heated pool.

Staying by the beach doesn't always have to mean an uphill trek; this location is right across the road from the surf club and the beach. Plus, it's in the perfect location to branch out for adventure with easy access to theme parks. The rooms are clean and well-stocked, the staff is very helpful, and the view is incredible.

While the rooms are lovely, there may be some areas around the hotel that need maintenance or improvement.

The apartment's spaciousness is a big plus for us. We like its location being further away from the noise and crowd at Surfer Paradize. Its very close proximity to the beach makes it convenient for us go for a swim, suntan with 3 young children. Having malls nearby for groceries and shopping are a welcome to us. We would love to return again!

The ceiling fans in the master bedroom of unit 81 didn't work so well and we were woken up on 2 mornings ard 6 due to the heat. Perhaps installing air conditioners in the 2 bedrooms will help esp in the hot summer months.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! This place is located in really beautiful well-maintained gardens, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel itself is situated in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle, making it the perfect getaway.

I highly recommend this hotel for families.
